Excentium, Inc. has an opportunity for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer/IA Analyst
(Penetration Tester) to support one of our Federal customers in the Atlantic City New Jersey area.

MINIMUM CLEARANCE LEVEL: Currently hold or be in the process of obtaining a Security Level Clearance of SECRET or above.
CITIZENSHIP: US Citizenship
LOCATION: William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC), Atlantic City International Airport, NJ.

Position Description:
This position is in support of the design, planning and operation of hacking and attack tools in execution of cyber security exercises. This includes the design of overall cyber exercise scenario planning and their breakdown into specific injection events and the planned responses to those events. The Senior Cert System Security/Information Assurance Analysts is required for both unclassified and classified level tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform the following:

Support for the security engineering efforts undertaken through:

  • Development of program security requirements for new systems,
  • Develop Penetration testing scenarios
  • Enhancement of security requirements for existing systems to meet new threats,
  • Evaluation of new security products in the Cybersecurity Test Facility (CyTF) laboratory environment,
  • Development of test plans and technical results documentation
  • Identify and make recommendations to address vulnerabilities and risks that could jeopardize the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of FAA programs,
  • Assistance in the development of plans and other documentation related to cyber security related training events,
  • Assistance in the development of documentation related to FAA Security Authorization activities for FAA capabilities, and other related documents
  • Assist in the establishment, and maintenance of a classified level facility

Skills:

  • Working knowledge of ISS architecture and requirements
  • Working knowledge of NIST, OMB, DOT or FAA security requirements.
  • Experience with hacking tools, such as Metasploit, NMAP, Nessus, Kali Linux, Cobol Strike and Core Impact
  • Previous experience with Penetration testing
  • Experience with code analysis, malware analysis and data breach investigations
  • Working knowledge in the design and construction of cyber security exercise timelines, including detailed event injection plans
  • Experience with FAA SA processes

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • 8 years or more of relevant ISS experience.
  • Currently hold or be in the process of obtaining a Security Level Clearance of SECRET or above.
  • One or more Security certification(s) such as CISSP and/or CEH or Penetration testing certifications I.E.

• Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE)

• Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP)

• Offensive Security Web Expert (OSWE)

• Penetration Tester (GPEN)

• Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT)

• Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN)

• Certified Network Defender (CND)

• Certified Network Defense Architect (CNDA)

• Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)

• Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)
