We have an opportunity for Certified Knowledge Manager Planner- Intermediate (CKMP): to support a customer in the Fort Knox Ky. Area

MINIMUM CLEARANCE LEVEL: Secret Clearance
CITIZENSHIP: US Citizenship
LOCATION: FT Knox Ky.

 

Position Description:

This position will be an integral part of teams for systems or application administrators whose duties are the administration of the software systems and its successful integration with the applications software of the major computing systems across the organization. Ensure clear and timely communication regarding the application infrastructure with decentralized customer support teams, help desks, customers, senior management, and other technical professional staffs and support organizations providing technical detail and customer-focus appropriate to the audience. Assess and prioritize the knowledge management needs of the customer. Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy and processes across the teams that would allow for the sharing, accessing and preservation of knowledge across the organization. Monitor knowledge management solutions benefits and key measures of success to ensure ongoing benefits are realized and make any adjustments based on these


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor knowledge management solutions benefits and key measures of success to ensure ongoing benefits are realized and make any adjustments based the analysis.
  • Supports audits to verify that requirements of all baselines have been met.
  • Developing and implementing a knowledge management strategy for capturing, organizing and developing information, knowledge and stories from across our entire team.
  • Recommend infrastructure and best practices for managing the information being produced.

 

Skills:

 

  • Ability to build effective relationships with customer as well as staff
  • Proficiency with other Microsoft Office suite products, to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent Management, and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proven experience creating and aligning KM innovations that improve the transfer of knowledge throughout an organization;
  • Proven experience collecting and managing KM feedback mechanisms to involve users with improving knowledge capabilities (e.g. lessons learned/observed, communities of practice, periodic surveys, feedback, after action reviews, and workforce engagements).

Qualifications:

  • Certified Knowledge Manager from an accredited institute or university;
  • Bachelor’s degree in either science, technology, engineering, or mathematics;
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience working KM projects;
