Cyber Information Assurance Analyst (Risk Model Support)

Excentium Inc has an opportunity for a Information Assurance Analyst (Risk Model Support) to support one of our FAA Federal customers in the Atlantic City New Jersey area.


MINIMUM CLEARANCE LEVEL: Currently hold or be in the process of obtaining a Security Level Clearance of SECRET or above. 
CITIZENSHIP: US Citizenship
LOCATION: William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC), Atlantic City International Airport, NJ. 
Certifications: Security +

Position Description: 
The Analyst position is in support of CyRM activities for all three of the FAA Domains. This includes identifying and assessing threat actors, attack vectors, operational impact, counter measures, develop/operate/maintain CyRM Threat Model database for all FAA domains. Support of the Threat Model testing activities to provide the design, planning, coordination and execution of threat testing activities. 
Responsibilities:
In support of the FAA CyRM activities
• Assessing threat actors, attack vectors, operational impact, counter measures, develop/operate/maintain 
• CyRM Threat Model database for all FAA domains.

Skills:
• At least five years’ experience with FAA ISS activities.
• Working knowledge of NIST 800-35 Risk Management Framework. 
• Broad direct knowledge of FAA information management, communications infrastructure, understanding of the application data flows and systems interconnection and systems dependencies. 
• Experience at overseeing and managing FAA programs, systems and external stakeholders through the test and evaluation processes at the Tech Center for System Interoperability testing supporting integration with the NAS and R&D domains and external partners 
• Direct knowledge and experience of the FAA cyber security internal and external common controls, data flows and system interoperability and FAA cyber security processes.
• Direct knowledge and experience working with data exchange or information exchange with external aviation partners and international organizations.
• Working knowledge of ISS architecture and requirements 
• Working knowledge of NIST, OMB, DOT or FAA security requirements.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
• 8 years or more of relevant ISS experience
• Working knowledge of ISS architecture and requirements 
• Working knowledge of NIST, OMB, DOT or FAA security requirements
• Currently hold or be in the process of obtaining a Security Level Clearance of SECRET or above.
• Security + certification
