Excentium has an opportunity for a Cyber Security Engineer/IA Analyst (ISCM) to support one of our Federal customers in the Atlantic City New Jersey area.

MINIMUM CLEARANCE LEVEL: SECRET.  
CITIZENSHIP: US Citizenship
LOCATION: Atlantic City New Jersey


Position Description:
This Analyst position is in support of ISCM activities, product evaluation and program support.  This includes design, planning, integration, requirement development, gap analysis, operation tuning, test planning/development/execution and other ISS engineering activities.

     
Responsibilities:

Provide support for the security engineering efforts undertaken through:

  • Development of Gap Analysis 
  • Enhancement of security requirements for existing systems to meet new threats,
  • Evaluation of new security products in the Cybersecurity Test Facility (CyTF) laboratory environment
  • Requirements Development
  • Test Planning for FAA programs
  • Assistance in the development of plans and other documentation related to cyber security related training events
  • Assistance in the development of documentation related to FAA Security Authorization activities for FAA capabilities, and other related documents
  • Assist in the establishment ISS engineering activities.    

Skills:

  • Broad direct knowledge of FAA information management, communications infrastructure, understanding of the application data flows and systems interconnection and systems dependencies.
  • Working knowledge of NIST 800-53, Risk Management Framework.
  • Experience overseeing and managing FAA programs, systems and external stakeholders through the test and evaluation processes at the Tech Center for System Interoperability testing supporting integration with the NAS and R&D domains and external partners
  • Direct knowledge and experience of the FAA cybersecurity internal and external common controls, data flows and system interoperability and FAA cybersecurity processes.
  • Direct knowledge of DHS ISCM phases and functional requirements
  • Experience with FAA ISS architecture.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • 15 years or more of relevant ISS experience.
  • Working knowledge of ISS architecture and requirements
  • Working knowledge of NIST, OMB, DOT or FAA security requirements
  • Security+ or Higher certification
